how you would like your order shipped. The price of your shipping will depend on where you are located, the weight of your order

General Merchandise Return
Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from BusyTimeToys you may return any item in it’s original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will replace the item with any other item(s) of equal or lesser value. Any remaining monies will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase and must be in the original packaging with no defects. Products that are returned in any condition deemed by our company as unacceptable will be returned to the original shipping address via
UPS ground delivery. Items deemed unacceptable will not receive an exchange or refund of any kind. BusyTimeToys is not responsible to refund any shipping charges applied at the time of purchase nor will we refund the cost of any shipping charges applied upon returning products to our company or in the exchange of products unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part. Additional monies for shipping will have to be charged to a credit card that must be supplied by the customer. A representative from
